Spending New Year at this hotel was a great experience. the rooms were well-decorated and very clean, making it a cozy place to stay. the facilities were easily accessible and well-maintained. the hotel's location was also great as it was located in a beautiful part of town, which was not too busy. the best part about staying here was being able to access the tourist attractions with ease using the nearby metro or taxi services.

There were not enough staff on duty to cater to all the guests, resulting in a delay in getting coffee, cutlery, and a clean table.
